Policy
- Three hours minimum charge on all hourly/as directed and special events bookings.
- Standard Transportation Charge (STC): 20% of total cost. Applied to all bookings.
- Service Charge: 20% of total cost. Applied to all bookings.
- Fuel Surcharge: 7% of total cost. Applied to all bookings.
- Parking is not included. Pricing includes tolls associated with travel in the local service area of DC, MD and VA. Additional toll costs may be applicable for travel outside of DC, MD, and VA.
- Early/late Fee of $20.00 applies to trips beginning between 12:00am and 5:00am EST.
- Overage Charges/Unused Time for Hourly Trips: Overages are billed at the applicable hourly rate rounded to the whole hour. No refunds or credits will be issued if the customer uses less time than the time reserved.
- Airport Fees (IAD & DCA Airports Only): Airport Fee: $5.00 / Meet and Greet: $20 additional fee.
- Additional Stop Charge for Point-to-Point: $25.00 for first stop. For additional stops that exceed 15 minutes or more, hourly rates will apply.
Deposit Policy:
- 50% deposit required at time of booking. Bookings are not considered final until deposit is received. The remaining 50% deposit is due within 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip start time.
- For bookings booked within 48 hours of trip start time, 100% deposit is due at time of booking. Bookings are not considered final until deposit is received.
Cancellation:
- Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled trip start time. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled trip start time.
- Cancellations within three (3) hours of scheduled trip start time are billable at 100% of the estimated charges.
* If there is any uncommon spillage, staining, or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger, a $250 cleaning fee will be incurred.
* No smoking of any kind allowed inside the vehicle (including e-cigarettes, vape, etc). If a passenger smokes inside the vehicle, a $150 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be incurred.
